So I just received the transcript that I requested the other day. As I expected, my GPA was low: a disappointing 3.2. I think it has something to do with the C grades that I got in applied math and the F that I got in some EE class that I got bored with and didn't finish, as well a bunch of Bs in the core physics classes.
So I decided to try out the time-honored method of looking for the my best reasonable-sounding GPA subset.
With CS classes only, my GPA is a much more reasonable sounding 3.6, and with CS and CNS classes, it's 3.7.
Hopefully those are borderline enough for getting into schools.. I better work hard on getting a good GRE score.
